Petites peces protagonitzades per ve\u00efns i ve\u00efnes del districte que ens mostren la diversitat, els car\u00e0cter reivindicatiu, la festa i tants altres aspectes que formen part de la vida social dels barris.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00b4any 86 l\u00b4artista Sergi Aguilar va estrenar una obra al bell mig de la via J\u00falia, que tot just acabava de ser remodelada. Es tracta d\u00b4una escultura que pret\u00e9n ser un gest d\u00b4abra\u00e7ada, de benvinguda, als emigrants que van arribar als anys 60 a una zona, coneguda aleshores com les Roquetes. Avui la via J\u00falia, amb aquesta escultura, divideix els barris de Verdum i la Prosperitat.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00e9 la particularitat de ser coneguda de quatre maneres diferents. Es tracta d\u2019una llarga planxa encunyada en forma d\u2019erra. Popularment es coneix com la R de Roquetes o L\u2019arbre dels penjats, per\u00f2 oficialment s\u2019anomena \u2018J\u00falia\u2019 o \u2018Als nous catalans\u2019. L\u2019escultura est\u00e0 acompanyada d\u2019una banda al terra del passeig, amb uns c\u00e8lebres versos de Salvador Espriu sobre la diversitat ling\u00fc\u00edstica del pa\u00eds.
