Ho far\u00e0 amb la construcci\u00f3 de noves promocions de pisos de lloguer protegits, tres de les quals se situaran a Nou Barris, en solars que s\u00f3n de propietat municipal i estan qualificats urban\u00edsticament per a la construcci\u00f3 d\u2019habitatge protegit.<\/p>\n<p>Actualment els terrenys\u00a0 estan buits, pendents de desenvolupament urban\u00edstic des de fa m\u00e9s de 4 anys. A la via Fav\u00e8ncia, 275 es construiran un total de 122 pisos de lloguer en un solar situat prop del mercat de Montserrat i que actualment funciona com a aparcament provisional. Tamb\u00e9 a la Trinitat Nova, al carrer de S\u2019Agar\u00f3 s\/n s\u2019edificaran 92 habitatges de lloguer protegit. En els dos casos, es tracta de les primeres promocions de protecci\u00f3 oficial que no estaran destinats al reallotjament sin\u00f3 que constituiran el nou parc de lloguer social del barri. A Torre Bar\u00f3, el nucli d\u2019habitatges nous de la pla\u00e7a dels Eucaliptus s\u2019incrementar\u00e0 amb 47 pisos nous al carrer d\u2019Escolapi C\u00e0ncer, 10.<\/p>\n<p>En total, i comptant tamb\u00e9 amb les promocions que es construiran m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de Nou Barris, la ciutat guanyar\u00e0 1.145 habitatges socials nous en 10 solars, que formen part dels 2.000 promesos pel govern municipal per a aquest mandat. En la majoria de casos, aquests 1.145 habitatges nous es destinaran al lloguer social, excepte en alguns casos, que es preveu que siguin habitatges dotacionals.
