{"id":68697,"date":"2016-12-11T00:00:11","date_gmt":"2016-12-10T23:00:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.noubarris.net\/web40\/?p=68697"},"modified":"2016-12-09T14:18:39","modified_gmt":"2016-12-09T13:18:39","slug":"el-patronat-municipal-de-lhabitatge-construira-46-pisos-a-torre-baro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.noubarris.net\/web40\/el-patronat-municipal-de-lhabitatge-construira-46-pisos-a-torre-baro\/","title":{"rendered":"El Patronat Municipal de l\u2019Habitatge construir\u00e0 46 pisos a Torre Bar\u00f3"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Els habitatges seran destinats a lloguer p\u00fablic i s\u2019ubicaran al carrer de l\u2019Escolapi C\u00e0ncer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El Patronat Municipal de l\u2019Habitatge de Barcelona ha resolt els concursos per adjudicar la redacci\u00f3 dels projectes executius de quatre noves promocions d\u2019habitatge, una d\u2019elles a Torre Bar\u00f3, que constar\u00e0 de 46 pisos de lloguer p\u00fablic i amb una modalitat d\u2019adjudicaci\u00f3 dels habitatges a molt llarg termini (75 anys) en la qual el s\u00f2l continua essent de titularitat p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p>La nova promoci\u00f3 es construir\u00e0 al carrer de l\u2019Escolapi C\u00e0ncer, 10, tindr\u00e0 una superf\u00edcie \u00fatil de 4.409 m2, comptar\u00e0 amb un total de 46 habitatges de lloguer p\u00fablic distribu\u00efts en 5 plantes, amb una superf\u00edcie \u00fatil de 3.357 m2. Del total, 34 dels habitatges seran de dos dormitoris i 12 de tres. L\u2019edifici tamb\u00e9 incorporar\u00e0 dos plantes soterrani amb 52 places d\u2019aparcament en una superf\u00edcie \u00fatil de 1.730 m2.<\/p>\n<p>El concurs ha estat adjudicat als arquitectes de la UTE formada per Data Arquitectura i Enginyeria, SLP, J. Ramon Pasquets i Maira Gonz\u00e1lez. La proposta guanyadora ha tingut en compte l\u2019orografia de forts pendents del barri de Torre Bar\u00f3, i per aix\u00f2 preveu una construcci\u00f3 graonada dels habitatges, amb l\u2019aparici\u00f3 de cobertes que poden ser patis aprofitables. La proposta arquitect\u00f2nica emfatitza les mesures passives d\u2019estalvi energ\u00e8tic, el respecte al medi ambient i l\u2019increment de confort. Pel que fa als sistemes passius, el projecte preveu ventilaci\u00f3 creuada, l\u2019increment de l\u2019a\u00efllament en les fa\u00e7anes, una coberta ventilada, i el m\u00e0xim aprofitament de la il\u00b7luminaci\u00f3 natural. Tamb\u00e9 incorpora vegetaci\u00f3 per crear un microclima favorable. A m\u00e9s, pel que fa als sistemes actius, incorpora plaques solars per a la producci\u00f3 d\u2019ACS, calderes de condensaci\u00f3, i detectors de pres\u00e8ncia en espais comunitaris.<\/p>\n<p>Durant el 2017 est\u00e0 prevista la redacci\u00f3 i la tramitaci\u00f3 d\u2019aquests projectes, aix\u00ed com l\u2019obtenci\u00f3 de la llic\u00e8ncia.
