El lloguer finalitzava el mes de febrer i tot i que l\u2019Ajuntament s\u2019havia comprom\u00e8s a recuperar el terreny, finalment ha renovat el lloguer per un any m\u00e9s, mentre la cadena de supermercats construeix un altre centre en el barri del costat. Una explicaci\u00f3 que no conven\u00e7 els ve\u00efns.<\/p>\n<p>El terreny es troba entre els carrers de Petrarca, Cartell\u00e0, Pit\u00e0gores i Duero, i va ser expropiat per l\u2019Ajuntament uns deu anys per construir-hi una resid\u00e8ncia i centre de dia i una escola bressol, entre altres equipaments. Per completar la pastilla, per\u00f2, falta realitzar una expropiaci\u00f3, que encara est\u00e0 en proc\u00e9s, i aquest fet, i la manca de pressupost, ha impedit construir-hi els equipaments. Mentrestant, una cadena de supermercats va oferir-se per urbanitzar el solar i construir-hi un parc infantil a canvi d\u2019un lloguer i la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 d\u2019un aparcament per als seus clients. El contracte de dos anys de lloguer es va signar l\u2019any 2012 i despr\u00e9s de diverses renovacions, els ve\u00efns volien que aquest any es recuper\u00e9s l\u2019espai per al barri. \u201cEra un contracte per dos anys renovable que es va signar sense haver informat els ve\u00efns, que s\u2019ha renovat per segona vegada i tercera vegada i que expirava a l\u2019octubre de 2016. Per\u00f2 es va prorrogar fins al febrer per la campanya de Nadal, i al mar\u00e7 ens hem trobat que s\u2019ha tornat a renovar per un any m\u00e9s\u201d- es queixa Joaquim Forns, president de l\u2019AV Torre Llobeta.<\/p>\n<p>Districte de Nou Barris assegura que la renovaci\u00f3 actual \u00e9s ara nom\u00e9s per un any, el temps que necessita l\u2019empresa per obrir un nou supermercat al barri ve\u00ed del Tur\u00f3 de la Peira i poder absorbir la demanda d\u2019aparcament. \u201cEl que no pot ser \u00e9s que despr\u00e9s d\u2019una confirmaci\u00f3 que es trencar\u00e0 el contracte, es renovi de nou. Ara tenim dubtes&#8230; \u00e9s veritat que d\u2019aqu\u00ed a un any se n\u2019aniran del solar? \u00c9s veritat que acabaran les obres en un any?\u201d- es pregunta Forns. L\u2019entitat ve\u00efnal vol que el solar sigui d\u2019\u00fas p\u00fablic, que s\u2019acabi l\u2019expropiaci\u00f3 del tros pendent i en aquest espai, d\u2019uns 5.000 metres quadrats, es facin els equipaments.
