Van ser una iniciativa particular dels ve\u00efns, que van ocupar dos solars destinats a la construcci\u00f3 d\u2019habitatges per reclamar una zona verda. Es queixen de la densificaci\u00f3 del barri i la construcci\u00f3 massiva de pisos. Ara, deu anys despr\u00e9s, demanen a l\u2019Ajuntament que compri els solars i els converteixi en la rambla verda de Porta.<\/p>\n<p>Els solars van ser expropiats l\u2019any 2004 dins el proc\u00e9s de remodelaci\u00f3 de Porta, per substituir cases baixes per blocs d\u2019habitatges. Per\u00f2 els ve\u00efns tenien altres plans, volien una zona verda que eviti m\u00e9s massificaci\u00f3 al barri. Per aix\u00f2 van comen\u00e7ar a plantar els horts, de mica en mica, de parcel\u00b7la en parcel\u00b7la, fins completar tot el terreny. Una de les immobili\u00e0ries, N\u00fa\u00f1ez y Navarro, els va denunciar i els va portar a judici, tot i que no van compar\u00e8ixer. En paral\u00b7lel, l\u2019associaci\u00f3 de ve\u00efns del barri va engegar la reivindicaci\u00f3 de construir-hi una rambla que connect\u00e9s el carrer del Doctor Pi i Molist amb la pla\u00e7a de S\u00f3ller. Nom\u00e9s estan disposats a negociar la construcci\u00f3 d\u2019equipaments per al barri en una part del terreny. Els ve\u00efns tenen clar que els horts no s\u00f3n l\u2019objectiu sin\u00f3 un mitj\u00e0. \u201cPer al barri de Porta els horts s\u00f3n una barricada, com a s\u00edmbol de la resist\u00e8ncia, com a expressi\u00f3 del que volem. Tampoc volem els horts aqu\u00ed, sin\u00f3 que volem \u00e9s la rambla de Maladeta- explica Juli\u00e1n Lluis, de l\u2019AV Porta &#8211; En el moment en qu\u00e8 l\u2019Ajuntament aquest espai el faci p\u00fablic, els mateixos ve\u00efns que tenen els horts els deixarien.\u201d En el darrer plenari de Nou Barris els ve\u00efns van reclamar que l\u2019Ajuntament adquireixi els solars per urbanitzar-los com a zona verda. Una idea que Districte vol reflexionar. \u201cEns hem de pensar molt quan destinem diners a adquirir propietats d\u2019aquest tipus d\u2019empreses immobili\u00e0ries. Ha d\u2019estar molt justificat i argumentat\u201d, va assegurar en aquell moment la regidora de Nou Barris, Janet Sanz.
