S\u00f3n filtracions provinent dels pisos tutelats, situats just a sobre de l\u2019equipament. Fa anys que es queixen per\u00f2 darrerament el problema s\u2019ha agreujat. L\u2019Ajuntament assegura que far\u00e0 una actuaci\u00f3 d\u2019urg\u00e8ncia per recollir les filtracions mentre busca la soluci\u00f3 definitiva.<\/p>\n<p>El casal de gent gran Pau Casals est\u00e0 situat a la planta baixa d\u2019un edifici de nou plantes dedicat a pisos tutelats per a gent gran. \u00c9s un bloc dels anys setanta i des de fa anys els usuaris del casal han reclamat una soluci\u00f3 a les constants avaries dels desaig\u00fces. \u201cFa un any i mig que vaig entrar com a president del casal i ja ten\u00edem aquest problema. Tot aquest temps he estat insistint en aquest tema i em diuen que s\u00ed, que s\u00ed que ho arreglaran i que estan buscant una empresa per a fer les obres \u2013 protesta Miquel Abdon, president de la junta del casal de gent gran Pau Casals \u2013 No podem tenir el casal en aquestes condicions, perqu\u00e8 s\u00f3n aig\u00fces fecals i perqu\u00e8 qualsevol persona pot entrar i relliscar. Si en el mes d\u2019octubre les filtracions no estan solucionades, far\u00e9 una den\u00fancia a Sanitat i si han de tancar el casal, que el tanquin.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Els usuaris del casal asseguren que es troben amb\u00a0 filtracions des de fa anys, per\u00f2 que darrerament s\u2019han agreujat. \u201cVan fent reparacions als desaig\u00fces dels lavabos dels pisos tutelats de dalt, i es van produint avaries en altres llocs i tot cau aqu\u00ed\u201d, afegeix Miquel Abdon. Per a l\u2019associaci\u00f3 de ve\u00efns de Canyelles, la soluci\u00f3 \u00e9s senzilla. \u201cAqu\u00ed el que cal \u00e9s un casal de gent gran nou\u201d, afirma Manuel S\u00e1nchez, president de l\u2019entitat ve\u00efnal. \u201cAra mateix tenim m\u00e9s microbis que avis. \u00c9s un problema greu de sanitat. La soluci\u00f3 \u00e9s un casal en condicions, perqu\u00e8 aquest ens el van donar provisionalment, en espera d\u2019un casal de gent gran, amb sales d\u2019actes i espais adequats\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Davant la inundaci\u00f3 d\u2019avui, l\u2019Ajuntament assegura que far\u00e0 una actuaci\u00f3 d\u2019urg\u00e8ncia per recollir les filtracions.
