El passat 7 de desembre els usuaris van rebre una demanda judicial del propietari del solar, el banc BBVA, \u00a0per iniciar els tr\u00e0mits de desallotjament. L\u2019ordre podria fer-se efectiva a partir del 7 de gener. \u00c9s per aix\u00f2 que els ve\u00efns volen aconseguir un acord de cessi\u00f3 temporal de l\u2019espai mentre no es construeixi.<\/p>\n<p>El mes de novembre de 2016, una trentena de ve\u00efns va decidir sanejar el solar situat al carrer de Joaquim Valls, abandonat des del 2007. Feia temps que els ve\u00efns que viuen a tocar del solar denunciaven l\u2019increment de brut\u00edcia, rates i olors pudents a la zona. \u00a0Un cop sanejat, \u00a0els ve\u00efns i ve\u00efnes van portar eines de conreu i planter per fer un hort, plantes per configurar un jard\u00ed, i fins i tot un bar els hi va cedir taules i cadires per fer un espai de trobada. \u201cReclamem una cessi\u00f3 de l\u2019espai per a que no torni \u00a0a ser un solar de males olors i brut\u00edcia \u2013 explica el Xavier Ca\u00f1adas, un dels usuaris \u2013 Si venen i volen construir nosaltres marxarem. Per\u00f2 el que ens sabria molt greu \u00e9s que ens facin fora d\u2019aqu\u00ed amb el nostre projecte per tornar a tenir tancat 10 anys m\u00e9s el solar ple de brut\u00edcia\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Durant un any l&#8217;espai ha servit per fer xerrades, actuacions musicals, m\u00e0gia, poesia, exposicions d&#8217;art, pintura mural, eina pedag\u00f2gica per a petits i grans que de forma individual i en grup l\u2019han visitat. \u00a0Escoles, esplais infantils, grups d\u2019escortes i grups d\u2019avis amb discapacitats cognitives han participat de les visites guiades a l\u2019espai. \u00a0\u201c\u00c9s un espai per reunir-nos, per compartir, per exercir una solidaritat quotidiana. \u2013 explica la M\u00f3nica Bocaz, una de les usu\u00e0ries &#8211; \u00a0Venen escoles, nens, gent gran del barri, i gent que t\u00e9 ganes de crear un espai diferent. Hem fet teatre, contes infantils, tenim experi\u00e8ncies molt visuals com ara un hotel d\u2019insectes\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Des de llavors, l\u2019espai obre quatre dies per setmana (dimarts, dijous, dissabtes, diumenges i festius, en horaris de mat\u00ed i tarda depenent l\u2019\u00e8poca de l\u2019any).\u00a0 Els usuaris van decidir fer cultiu ecol\u00f2gic, compostant mat\u00e8ria org\u00e0nica que els ve\u00efns duen de casa.
