Aquesta fase d\u2019obres repararan 14 blocs que guanyaran tamb\u00e9 en a\u00efllament t\u00e8rmic. Un cop acabades les obres, s\u2019hauran rehabilitat gaireb\u00e9 la meitat del barri.<\/p>\n<p>Les obres duraran un any i mig en el qual es repararan els desperfectes a les fa\u00e7anes de 14 blocs que fan, conjuntament, uns 250 metres de llarg i m\u00e9s de 500 habitatges. S\u00f3n els anomenats blocs D, tamb\u00e9 coneguts com a \u201cel vaixell\u201d per la seva envergadura. Es refor\u00e7ar\u00e0 la fa\u00e7ana per evitar que hi penetri la humitat i d\u2019aquesta manera tamb\u00e9 es refor\u00e7a l\u2019a\u00efllament t\u00e8rmic dels habitatges. \u201cEls blocs que s\u2019han reparat la gent est\u00e0 encantada. \u2013explica Miquel Abd\u00f3n, AV Canyelles- Els blocs han quedat molt m\u00e9s protegits de l\u2019exterior i han de posar molt menys la calefacci\u00f3. Tan davant el fred com la calor s\u2019ha guanyat.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Les actuacions a les fa\u00e7anes tamb\u00e9 canviaran el color d\u2019aquestes, seguint els criteris del Pla Director T\u00e8cnic i Crom\u00e0tic de Canyelles, acordat entre el Patronat Municipal i l\u2019AV Canyelles. Aquests criteris est\u00e8tics ja s\u2019han aplicat en les fases anteriors de rehabilitaci\u00f3, canviant els colors terra dels edificis per grocs, taronges i vermells combinats amb tons grisos.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s, en el cas d\u2019aquests blocs s\u2019aprofitaran les actuacions per fer reparacions a les juntes de dilataci\u00f3 que uneixen les escales interiors dels blocs. En el seu moment, fa 40 anys, es van construir de forma independent als pisos, per fases, i amb el temps han aparegut esquerdes que no s\u00f3n perilloses per a l\u2019estabilitat dels edificis, sin\u00f3 que s\u00f3n simplement est\u00e8tiques.<\/p>\n<p>La carbonataci\u00f3 afecta pr\u00e0cticament un 75% dels blocs del barri de Canyelles, ja que van ser constru\u00efts alhora pel Patronat Municipal de l\u2019Habitatge. Per aquesta ra\u00f3 compten amb subvenci\u00f3 de les administracions. Les obres estan finan\u00e7ades en un 60% per la Generalitat i l\u2019Estat, en un 25% pel Patronat Municipal de l&#8217;Habitatge i els ve\u00efns han d&#8217;assumir un 15% del cost. En acabar aquesta fase, quedar\u00e0 rehabilitada gaireb\u00e9 la meitat dels blocs del barri, alhora que s\u2019est\u00e0 treballant per comen\u00e7ar una nova fase en una desena m\u00e9s d\u2019escales.
