Una trentena de joves s\u2019encarreguen de donar servei a les taules i preparar esmorzars i men\u00fas.\u00a0 Formen part del projecte d\u2019inserci\u00f3 laboral per a joves que lidera el\u00a0PES Cru\u00eflla\u00a0amb la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 de l\u2019Ajuntament.\u00a0Els joves reben formaci\u00f3 professional en restauraci\u00f3, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 se\u2019ls ajuda a desbloquejar-los emocionalment ja que molts es troben en situacions dif\u00edcils o sense cap perspectiva de futur. Als fogons, la barra i la sala menjador aprenen un ofici per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 guanyen confian\u00e7a en si mateixos i, fins i tot, comencen a fer plans de futur.<\/p>\n<p>El restaurant obre tots els dies de la setmana, menys els dilluns. Serveixen esmorzars i men\u00fas diaris. Tamb\u00e9 hi ha un servei de sopars els divendres i dissabtes. Els joves reben formaci\u00f3 i dos cops a la setmana venen al restaurant a treballar per torns.\u00a0A banda dels coneixements en restauraci\u00f3 els joves fan classes de matem\u00e0tiques i comunicaci\u00f3, fan sortides fora del barri i aprenen a fer un curr\u00edculum i defensar-se en un entrevista de feina.\u201cNo \u00e9s una formaci\u00f3 exclusiva en restauraci\u00f3, perqu\u00e8 no tindria sentit. \u2013 explica\u00a0Juanfra Carrasco, coordinador d\u2019inserci\u00f3 sociolaboral del PES Cru\u00eflla- S\u00f3n una excusa per desbloquejar emocionalment els joves, que venen amb bloquejos de diferents llocs, per la seva situaci\u00f3 familiar, social, laboral. I aqu\u00ed mitjan\u00e7ant tallar cebes, les mates i l\u2019atenci\u00f3 al p\u00fablic es desbloquejen, s\u2019empoderen.\u201d\u00a0Se\u2019ls hi ensenya tamb\u00e9 la import\u00e0ncia de valors i compet\u00e8ncies com ara la confian\u00e7a en un mateix, el treball en equip, la predisposici\u00f3 a aprendre, etc. Amb tot aix\u00f2 els alumnes de l\u2019escola restaurant creixen professionalment per\u00f2 sobretot personalment.<\/p>\n<p>Els joves tamb\u00e9 fan al final de curs pr\u00e0ctiques en altres restaurants, i molts d\u2019ells acaben amb un contracte. Per als que no troben encara sortida laboral, el restaurant escola els ofereix la possibilitat de treballar de manera transit\u00f2ria mentre troben feina.
