S\u00f3n els resultats de tot un curs de formaci\u00f3 en qu\u00e8 han apr\u00e8s cuina al mateix temps que han adquirit habilitats comunicatives relacionades amb la identitat, la imatge i el m\u00e0rqueting personal. Han pogut practicar aquestes habilitats avui mateix, en una s\u00e8rie d\u2019entrevistes amb empresaris del sector gastron\u00f2mic. Una via cap al m\u00f3n laboral, com ho han fet els alumnes de l\u2019any passat, dels quals la gran majoria ja treballen professionalment en el m\u00f3n de la cuina.<\/p>\n<p>El projecte Ocupa\u2019t BCN sorgeix de la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 de diverses entitats: Salesians PES Cru\u00eflla, Pla Comunitari Zona Nord Fundaci\u00f3 Jovent i\u00a0 El Parlante. \u00a0Totes elles han treballat amb els joves des de diverses perspectives. M\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de l\u2019estrictament formativa d\u2019un PFI-PTT (Programa de Formaci\u00f3 i Inserci\u00f3, Pla de Transici\u00f3 al Treball), una via important ha estat fomentar l\u2019autoconeixement i la seguretat en ells mateixos. Tamb\u00e9 s\u2019han refor\u00e7at les habilitats comunicatives del grup per tal que siguin capa\u00e7os d\u2019exposar de la millor manera les seves qualitats professionals davant possibles ocupadors o clients.<\/p>\n<p>A partir d\u2019aquesta base, se\u2019ls ha ofert una via d\u2019inserci\u00f3 laboral en el m\u00f3n de la restauraci\u00f3 a partir de l\u2019escola-restaurant Cru\u00eflla al Punt. Aquesta formaci\u00f3 traspassa les receptes i les t\u00e8cniques culin\u00e0ries. T\u00e9 en compte que les xarxes socials s\u00f3n tamb\u00e9 una via d\u2019entrada al mercat labora i l\u2019auge del binomi \u2018cuina i audiovisual\u2019. Molts cuiners, xefs o \u2018foodies\u2019 comparteixen fotos i v\u00eddeos sobre\u00a0 restaurants, plats o receptes. Per aix\u00f2 han rebut formaci\u00f3 audiovisual del col\u00b7lectiu El Parlante i han penjat al web els seus videocurr\u00edculums. Una manera tamb\u00e9 de motivar els joves i fer-los cr\u00e9ixer tant a nivell professional com personal.<\/p>\n<p>Durant la presentaci\u00f3 de la promoci\u00f3 2019, s\u2019han exposat algunes experi\u00e8ncies de cooperatives d&#8217;economia social i solid\u00e0ria, com el mateix restaurant-escola Cru\u00eflla al Punt. I s\u2019ha obert un espai de Speed Networking, en qu\u00e8 els joves han presentat les seves candidatures a persones del sector de la gastronomia.
