Quin \u00e9s realment el preu de ser un p\u00e0ria dins la Comunitat Internacional? Aquestes preguntes van servir a la fotoperiodista Hanna Jarzabek com a punt de partida per retratar el dia a dia dels transnistrians.\u00a0 Una mostra que es pot veure aquests dies a Can Bast\u00e9 i que porta per t\u00edtol &#8216;Fuera del mapa&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>Amb la caiguda de la Uni\u00f3 Sovi\u00e8tica, algunes de les antigues rep\u00fabliques sovi\u00e8tiques van entrar en una espiral de conflictes \u00e8tnics i ling\u00fc\u00edstics de la nit al dia. Aquestes rep\u00fabliques van buscar establir les seves identitats nacionals convertint-se en nous estats, amb la idea promoguda per l\u2019URSS de trencar el multiculturalisme. Algunes regions, com el \u00e9s cas de Transn\u00edstria van decidir seguir el seu propi cam\u00ed i declarar unilateralment la independ\u00e8ncia. Gaireb\u00e9 trenta anys despr\u00e9s, aquestes regions, considerades per la Comunitat Internacional com a separatistes, encara no han obtingut reconeixement com a tal.<\/p>\n<p>Per a preservar el seu idioma i identitat russa, Transn\u00edstria es va separar unilateralment de Mold\u00e0via en 1990. Dos anys m\u00e9s tard, els seus habitants van haver de defensar amb les armes el que ara consideren el seu pa\u00eds. De cara a dins, Transn\u00edstria t\u00e9 totes les caracter\u00edstiques d\u2019un estat: govern, moneda, passaport, fronteres i forces armades; no obstant aix\u00f2, per al m\u00f3n exterior no existeix. \u201cTenen el seu sistema educatiu i moneda pr\u00f2pia, per\u00f2 ambdues no estan reconegudes. Per tant per fer qualsevol transacci\u00f3 depenen dels bancs russos.\u201d- explica Hanna Jarzabek &#8211; \u201cTenen el discurs de \u2018tenim tot, la nostra moneda, les forces armades &#8230;\u2019 com si fos un pa\u00eds normal. Per\u00f2 se n\u2019adonen que tot aix\u00f2 \u00e9s paper mullat, perqu\u00e8 a la vida pr\u00e0ctica no els hi serveix.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>La soluci\u00f3 sempre \u00e9s dependre d\u2019un passaport moldau o rus, convalidar els estudis a Mold\u00e0via o dependre de la sanitat i les pensions russes. Per als transnistrians \u00e9s tan sols una q\u00fcesti\u00f3 pr\u00e0ctica, assegura Jarzabek: \u201cSe senten molt patriotes per el sentiment d\u2019identitat no \u00e9s tal com nosaltres l\u2019imaginem, per exemple, per a ells no hi ha cap inconvenient en tenir passaports d\u2019altres pa\u00efsos, tot al contrari, els necessiten perqu\u00e8 sin\u00f3, no podrien viatjar. Tenen un passaport transnistri\u00e0, per\u00f2 no est\u00e0 reconegut.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>La separaci\u00f3 unilateral de Mold\u00e0via va crear una esp\u00e8cie de bombolla, on el no reconeixement i uns llimbs legals permeten negocis opacs i dubtosos, obrint pas a la pobresa i a les desigualtats. En el passat, era la regi\u00f3 m\u00e9s pr\u00f2spera de Mold\u00e0via. Avui la vida econ\u00f2mica i pol\u00edtica de la regi\u00f3 est\u00e0 pr\u00e0cticament regida pels oligarques.<\/p>\n<p>Els transnistrians retratats per Hanna Jarzabek es consideren, en general, patriotes i amants del seu pa\u00eds. No obstant aix\u00f2, la falta de treball, l\u2019a\u00efllament i la dif\u00edcil situaci\u00f3 econ\u00f2mica empenyen a molts a emigrar. \u201cElls nom\u00e9s volen viure de manera normal, volen viatjar com qualsevol, comprar com qualsevol. I sobretot tenir treball i prosperar. La poblaci\u00f3 est\u00e0 envellint perqu\u00e8 cada any el 15% de la poblaci\u00f3 activa marxa de manera permanent.\u201d, assenyala la fotoperiodista. \u00a0A poc a poc la regi\u00f3 es va despoblant, deixant enrere nens i avis. A Transn\u00edstria no\u00a0hi ha perspectives de canvi en un estat dominat, a m\u00e9s, per oligarquies.
