{"id":75382,"date":"2020-02-27T00:00:21","date_gmt":"2020-02-26T22:00:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.noubarris.net\/web40\/?p=75382"},"modified":"2020-02-26T14:34:53","modified_gmt":"2020-02-26T12:34:53","slug":"laspecte-que-pren-la-facana-del-castell-de-torre-baro-no-agrada-als-veins","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.noubarris.net\/web40\/laspecte-que-pren-la-facana-del-castell-de-torre-baro-no-agrada-als-veins\/","title":{"rendered":"L\u2019aspecte que pren la fa\u00e7ana del Castell de Torre Bar\u00f3 no agrada als ve\u00efns"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>L\u2019AV del barri i l\u2019Arxiu Hist\u00f2ric de les Roquetes- Nou Barris, en contra de la remodelaci\u00f3 que est\u00e0 fent l\u2019Ajuntament<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Quan l\u2019Ajuntament va presentar fa dos anys a les entitats el projecte per restaurar la fa\u00e7ana del Castell de Torre Bar\u00f3 van ser moltes les veus cr\u00edtiques. Des de l\u2019Arxiu Hist\u00f2ric de les Roquetes \u2013 Nou Barris ja es va advertir que la soluci\u00f3 als despreniments no havia de passar per perdre part de la fesomia original de l\u2019equipament. \u00a0La proposta de revestir la fa\u00e7ana implicava canvis significatius en l\u2019est\u00e8tica de la torre, segons l\u2019arxiu. L\u2019entitat, per\u00f2, confiava que els experts trobessin una altra soluci\u00f3 que no pass\u00e9s per un arrebossat de les parets exteriors. Ara, veient els resultats de les obres que ja van comen\u00e7ar fa un mesos, reafirmen la seva postura. Compten, a m\u00e9s, amb les cr\u00edtiques que, fa un parell de setmanes, el hi van fer arribar des de l\u2019AV de Torre Bar\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019Ajuntament va prendre la decisi\u00f3 de tancar l\u2019equipament a finals de l\u2019any passat per dur a terme les obres que recomanava un informe t\u00e8cnic encarregat per resoldre els petits despreniments de les pedres que configuren la fa\u00e7ana i algunes esquerdes. L\u2019an\u00e0lisi del material va detectar una degradaci\u00f3 dels materials que nom\u00e9s es podia resoldre, segons l\u2019informe, amb un sanejament i un recobriment. El problema vindria de lluny, ja que la ra\u00f3 \u00e9s la pr\u00f2pia naturalesa dels materials emprats, per\u00f2 amb la rehabilitaci\u00f3 del 2014 es va utilitzar ciment Portland. Aix\u00f2 podria haver incrementat la patologia per les reaccions qu\u00edmiques dels materials. La pluja, el vent, la contaminaci\u00f3 i les sals solubles de la brisa marina tamb\u00e9 haurien contribu\u00eft en la degradaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>El revestit de les obres, que ja es deixa veure, ha fet saltar les alarmes entre molts ve\u00efns de la zona i entitats. L\u2019aspecte del Castell de Torre Bar\u00f3 no llueix com abans. El morter ha recobert les pedres originals de l\u2019equipament tan emblem\u00e0tic per als ve\u00efns. Encara falta per veure com quedar\u00e0 el color de la veladura que es far\u00e0 a posterior amb cal\u00e7 i pigments naturals. La intenci\u00f3 \u00e9s que aquesta imiti els colors dels carreus originals. Tanmateix, l\u2019Arxiu Hist\u00f2ric de Roquetes \u2013 Nou Barris considera que aquesta soluci\u00f3 canviar\u00e0 totalment la fesomia d\u2019un dels s\u00edmbols de Nou Barris.<\/p>\n<p>La Torre del Bar\u00f3, de 1905, \u00e9s un dels gran s\u00edmbols de Nou Barris i, tot i aix\u00f2, ha passat bona part de la seva hist\u00f2ria buida i en proc\u00e9s de degradaci\u00f3. El novembre de 2014 va estrenar una remodelaci\u00f3 que el va convertir en un centre d\u2019interpretaci\u00f3 hist\u00f2rica i ambiental. Funciona com a mirador i punt d\u2019informaci\u00f3 de Collserola, a banda de les visites guiades pel castell i la seva hist\u00f2ria.
