Per aquesta ra\u00f3, el Pla de barris que treballa a Ciutat Meridiana, Torre Bar\u00f3, Vallbona, la Trinitat Nova i les Roquetes ha posat en marxa el projecte Cistelles, que reparteix un cop per setmana fruita i verdura de pagesos de proximitat a una cinquantena de persones, derivades de Serveis Socials. Es tracta d&#8217;un lliurament setmanal de fruita, verdura i hortalisses, complementades amb llet i iogurts i un bon grapat de receptes per extreure el m\u00e0xim profit saludable d&#8217;aquests aliments. &#8220;Es tracta que en treguin el m\u00e0xim profit possible. Tamb\u00e9 pot ser que no tinguessin costum de cuinar-les de la forma m\u00e9s saludable&#8221;, explica l&#8217;Aina Mir, una de les dinamitzadores del projecte. Com a exemple, els explica la import\u00e0ncia de combinar les bledes amb aliments rics en vitamina C per absorvir-ne millor les propietats. \u201cEl projecte de les Cistelles el vam\u00a0 iniciar com una l\u00ednia de Pla\u00a0 de barris no nom\u00e9s com a resposta a la crisi socioecon\u00f2mica derivada de la COVID, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 tenint en compte que aquest 2021 Barcelona \u00e9s la Capitalitat de l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 sostenible i, per tant, els aliments frescos, de proximitat i ecol\u00f2gics no han de ser un luxe nom\u00e9s per a una minoria&#8221;, afirma N\u00faria Borrut &#8211; Coordinadora d\u2019ocupaci\u00f3 i activitat econ\u00f2mica del Pla de Barris.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;escolten un grup redu\u00eft de ve\u00efnes, que han creat un lligam de suport mutu. I \u00e9s que aquest \u00e9s un altre ingredient de les cistelles del pla de barris, generar comunitat i xarxa ve\u00efnal.
