Fa uns dies s&#8217;ha posat la primera pedra (a la foto) d&#8217;una promoci\u00f3 de 31 pisos amb protecci\u00f3 oficial per a lloguer social a l\u2019avinguda d\u2019Escolapi C\u00e0ncer, 27-33. L&#8217;Ajuntament inverteix uns 4 milions d&#8217;euros en aquesta iniciativa i la previsi\u00f3 \u00e9s que les obres s\u2019acabin el primer trimestre del 2023.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;edifici s&#8217;\u00a1ha dissenyat per adaptar-se a l&#8217;orografia amb pendent del territori. Els autors del projecte defineixen el bloc com &#8220;geometria n\u00edtida, que evoca un cub que s\u2019encasta en un pendent important, orientat al nord&#8221;. Aquest cub tindr\u00e0 un pati interior obert al sud, contra el pendent de la muntanya, buscant directament el sol. L\u2019acc\u00e9s a l\u2019edifici es far\u00e0 per un gran porxo exterior obert a l\u2019avinguda de l\u2019Escolapi C\u00e0ncer. La segona planta connectar\u00e0 amb el carrer de Castelldefels, on hi ha un segon acc\u00e9s a l\u2019edifici.<\/p>\n<p>El projecte inclou 31 habitatges d&#8217;entre 65 i 80 m2 i que podran tenir entre un i tres dormitoris. A m\u00e9s hi haur\u00e0 un local comercial. Tot distribu\u00eft en planta baixa i cinc plantes.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s d\u2019aquesta promoci\u00f3, actualment n\u2019hi ha en marxa una altra promoci\u00f3 de 47 habitatges dotacionals, tamb\u00e9 a Torre Bar\u00f3, prevista per a la segona meitat del 2022;\u00a0 i una altra del cohabitatge a les Roquetes, a c\u00e0rrec de la cooperativa Sostre C\u00edvic del pla dels Cirerers, amb 29 habitatges m\u00e9s que s\u2019acabaran de construir a finals d\u2019aquest any. Tamb\u00e9 ha comen\u00e7at una nova promoci\u00f3 al carrer de Palam\u00f3s, als baixos de la qual s&#8217;hi construir\u00e0 una escola bressol.\u00a0 I al llarg de 2021 es preveu que comencin dos promocions m\u00e9s a la Trinitat Nova, amb la qual cosa el barri guanyar\u00e0 un total de 246 habitatges de lloguer i de dret de superf\u00edcie.
