{"id":81666,"date":"2023-10-02T00:00:42","date_gmt":"2023-10-01T22:00:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.noubarris.net\/web40\/?p=81666"},"modified":"2023-10-01T18:16:23","modified_gmt":"2023-10-01T16:16:23","slug":"acaben-les-obres-en-lentorn-de-lesglesia-de-lantic-mental","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.noubarris.net\/web40\/acaben-les-obres-en-lentorn-de-lesglesia-de-lantic-mental\/","title":{"rendered":"Acaben les obres en l\u2019entorn de l\u2019esgl\u00e9sia de l\u2019antic Mental"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Est\u00e0 previst que l\u2019Arquebisbat comenci els treballs de rehabilitaci\u00f3 de l\u2019esgl\u00e9sia el proper novembre<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;Ajuntament ha enllestit \u00a0les obres de reurbanitzaci\u00f3 de l\u2019entorn de l\u2019esgl\u00e9sia de Sant Rafael, coneguda com a esgl\u00e9sia de l\u2019antic Mental, un nou espai p\u00fablic que relligar\u00e0 el temple amb els equipaments i edificis de l\u2019entorn del parc Central de Nou Barris.\u00a0Les obres es van iniciar a finals d\u2019octubre de l\u2019any passat, van acabar al principi de l\u2019agost, i han suposat la renovaci\u00f3 de 3.600 m2. El cost dels treballs \u00e9s de poc m\u00e9s d\u20191,5 milions d\u2019euros.<\/p>\n<p>Aquests treballs arriben despr\u00e9s de les\u00a0obres de consolidaci\u00f3 de l\u2019estructura de l\u2019esgl\u00e9sia i rehabilitaci\u00f3 de les fa\u00e7anes i la coberta del temple, dutes a terme tamb\u00e9 pel Districte de Nou Barris, i que van acabar l\u2019octubre de 2020.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019Arquebisbat comen\u00e7ar\u00e0 les obres de rehabilitaci\u00f3 de l\u2019esgl\u00e9sia el proper novembre. En una primera fase, es construiran uns locals parroquials darrere del temple. La restauraci\u00f3 de l\u2019antiga esgl\u00e9sia neocl\u00e0ssica es far\u00e0 en una segona fase, a partir de juliol, un cop acabi la construcci\u00f3 dels locals. Tot plegat tindr\u00e0 un cost de m\u00e9s de dos milions d\u2019euros.
