Aquests treballs tenen dos objectius clars: d&#8217;una banda, solucionar les filtracions d&#8217;aigua a l&#8217;aparcament que sustenta la pla\u00e7a, amb una impermeabilitzaci\u00f3. D&#8217;altra, convertir aquest espai, un centre neur\u00e0lgic i comunitari del barri, en un lloc m\u00e9s acollidor. Les obres es preveu que tindran una durada de 9 mesos, fins a la tardor, i la inversi\u00f3 prevista del projecte, dins de Pla de Barris, \u00e9s d\u20191.940.000 \u20ac<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ca-ES\"><span style=\"color: #070707;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">La millora de la pla\u00e7a per fer-la m\u00e9s acollidora implica la creaci\u00f3 de noves zones d\u2019ombra amb una nova p\u00e8rgola, nou mobiliari urb\u00e0 i alguns retocs per guanyar-ne accessibilitat. A m\u00e9s, s\u2019amplia i renova la zona de jocs infantils i es genera un espai d\u2019estada per als ocellaires. Tot plegat es far\u00e0, per\u00f2, deixant lliure tot l\u2019espai central de la pla\u00e7a, ja que \u00e9s un lloc molt utilitzat pels ve\u00efns per a festes i activitats comunit\u00e0ries.
